With innovative products and services as well as resourceful solutions, the Austrian creative industries ensure that Austria as a business location is viewed positively the world over. In addition, design is key to increasing competitiveness and generating exports. Austrian design is gaining worldwide recognition thanks to the country’s trademark ingenuity, precise craftsmanship and innovative edge. Milan is the perfect place for Austrian designers and production companies to meet clients, partners, trendsetters and opinion leaders.
Supported by go-international, an initiative of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Labour and Economy and the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, the aim of this year’s Austrian design exhibition is to display Austrian design and to increase awareness of Austrian creative products beyond national borders. Our “Design Palazzo Austria” in the heart of the Brera Design District showcases more than 30 top designers and furniture producers from Austria.
